Kelly - Office Manager

Kelly, our Office Manager, has been in the field of optometry for over 15 years, so she is in very familiar territory. Kelly is an ABO Certified Optician, NCLA Certified Contact Lens Technician and is also a paralegal. Above all that, she works diligently to see that our patients are assured of receiving the excellent care they deserve. Kelly truly loves working with each patient. Kelly and her husband Matt have a two sons, Christian and Carter. Kelly ,with all of her energy and efforts, ensures that the office of Drs. Norris and Kelly runs smoothly. We wouldn't know what to do without her!

Teresa - ABO Certified Optician

Teresa has been an integral part of our staff since 1995. She too, is an ABO Certified Optician. Teresa has a flair for keeping the optical dispensary brimming with exciting frame styles to enhance everyone's personality. She takes great care to ensure that your eyewear is fit precisely for comfortable wearing. Teresa isn't just a talented optician; she's been known to entertain us with her guitar and beautiful voice. Watch out Bonnie Raitt! Teresa and her husband, Vic, are empty-nesters and have joined the ranks of grandparents to two lovely little girls.

Donna - ABO Certified Optician

Donna is a ABO Certified Optician and joined the Drs. Norris and Kelly team in 1998. Donna worked 11 years as an ophthalmic technician at the ENT clinic on Ft. Leavenworth. She left the field for a few years to work with special education children and then decided to be a stay at home mom. She offers patients a wealth of experience in selecting frames and lens option to best fit your individual needs. Donna and her husband, Kent are both native to Leavenworth. They have 2 adult children, Kristi, is a nurse in the KC area and Heidi and her husband are stationed in San Diego in the Navy. They are enjoying their new role as grandparents.

Sarah - ABO Certified Optician

You can take the Mid-West girl to California, but she'll find her way back! We're delighted to have Sarah back with us after her time out west. Sarah is a very talented ABO Certified Optician. Sarah's worked in several different phases of optometry allowing her to gain valuable patient care skills. Her eagerness and energy inspire us all. Sarah and her husband, Graham have two sons, and a two daughters to keep them extra busy.

Amanda - Receptionist

Our Receptionist, Amanda is the first smiling face you'll encounter in our office. Amanda is a native of Leavenworth, graduated from Leavenworth High School and resides here with her husband, John and their sons, Blaine and Gage. Amanda claims that her primary responsibility is supporting her husband's hobby on the drag strip. Amanda enjoys spending time with her many extended family members.

Lori - Optical Lab Technician

Lori is our Optical Lab Technician or otherwise known as our master magician in lens fabrication. Lori is an ABO certified optician with 15 years experience in all phases of our office. Lori is a perfectionist when it comes to the hand crafted lens design. Lori not only stays busy grinding lenses, but she and her husband, Jeff have three very active children, Sydney, Josh, Sarah, and Sam. Everyone finds Lori delightful, enthusiastic and entertaining.

Patty - Ophthalmic Technician

Patty is the other member of our Ophthalmic Technician team. Patty came to us after many years of caring for a special needs person. Her natural ability to care for people is one of her many strong suits. Patty and her husband, Don, married over 20 years,have two children, Crystal and Ryan. Patty enjoys crafting and antiquing when she's away from the office.

Cheynet - Insurance and Billing Coordinator

Cheynet, is our Insurance and Billing Coordinator. She and her husband have recently moved from Parson, KS to rural Leavenworth County. Cheynet has worked in all phases of an optometric setting over the past 8 years. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, Cheynet will work with you. Cheynet loves working with people. the outdoors, and antiquing.

Michelle - Optometric Technician

Michelle works as an Optometric Assistant. She does pre-testing and patient care for the doctors. Patients are greeted with Michelle's brilliant and contagious smile. Michelle and her husband, Donnie have three children and reside in Leavenworth.

Cassandra - ABO Certified Optician

Cassandra, ABO Certified Optician, has a keen eye for matching faces with that perfect frame selection. Cassandra grew up in Southeast Kansas and has recently relocated to Lansing with her husband, Matthew and daughter Eimile. In her spare time, Cassandra is also c-owner of Creative Exteriors. Cassandra loves singing, tinkering with cars and has a very contagious smile.

Mia - ABO Certified Optician

Mia has worked as an ABO Certified Optician since 1997. She brings our staff a wealth of experience and talent and a delightful personality. Mia, her husband Fred resides in Atchison. Mia stays busy away from the office keeping up with their son, Mason and daughter, Ella.

Whitney - Receptionist

Whitney has a contagious smile and great sense of humor that will welcome you to our office. Whitney and her husband, Bill have one son, Cody and a daughter, Addison. Whitney and her family are from Independence, Missouri, but now call Leavenworth/ Lansing home.

Patti - Optometric Technician

Patti works as a pre-tester with patients prior to seeing the doctor and also does lens fabricating in the optical lab. Patti and her husband, Steve and two children are long time area residents. They enjoy spending time at the lake boating, waterskiing, and relaxing outdoors.
